According to the Annual Report of Advance Agro, it was established in 1996 and is registered in Thailand. There was some business restructuring undergoing in recent years and certain interest is transferred to another company registered in Hong Kong
Major shareholders before de-listing included big investment banks, e.g. Credit Suisse, Citibank, The Bank of New York Mellon etc.
Double A paper product was distributed in over 100 points globally; China is one of the major markets of Double A recently, it is also expected to be the future growth driver
Advance Agro recorded profit of THB1.905 billion last year which represents a 26% growth
The Company has consistently issued bonds for restructuring purpose in recent years;
there is a total of USD250 million of bonds in the market which is due in 2012
